Program design
Facilitation + Training: A Two-Component Structure
This program consists of two complementary components:
- Strategic Facilitation (delivered by Ayca Tumer Arikan)
Your licensed PuMP Affiliate works alongside your leadership team to guide the process of clarifying, measuring, and cascading your strategic direction. This facilitation process covers:
- Transforming your current strategy into a clear, measurable, and executable direction
- Getting the entire leadership team to articulate the strategy in the same way
- Designing meaningful performance measures for strategic goals
- Planning how to cascade the strategy to teams across the organisation
- Establishing structures that support a high-performance culture
- Performance Measurement Training (via PuMP Academy)
The technical training in the EBL program is taken through PuMP Academy’s self-paced online program. This training is designed by Stacey Barr, the creator of PuMP, and covers all the steps, techniques, and templates of the PuMP Blueprint.

Training gives you the answer to “how” — you learn the measurement techniques, tools, and templates.
